1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" refers to the hoki13 website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at hoki13.cam and related domains.
• "User," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," "Company" refers to hoki13, the operator of the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique user profile created upon registration on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on games, sports events, or other betting opportunities offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your Account for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by hoki13.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the hoki13 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and hoki13. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Jurisdictional Requirements

To register and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where access to online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

3.2 Account Creation and Security

When creating an Account on hoki13, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Immediately notify hoki13 of any unauthorized use of your Account or security breach.
• Create only one Account per person; multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

hoki13 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account that violates these registration requirements or provides false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Users from the following jurisdictions are prohibited from creating accounts or using the Platform: United States of America, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Australia, and any other jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. hoki13 reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts from restricted jurisdictions at any time.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Policy

hoki13 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Indonesian users:

• Indonesian bank transfers: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallet services: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000, and the maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours (09:00-21:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

hoki13 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC documents approved).
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses before withdrawing bonus-related winnings.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Friday).
• Withdrawals requested outside banking hours are processed on the next business day.

hoki13 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days will result in withdrawal cancellation and potential account suspension.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

hoki13 operates in strict compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Withdrawals to accounts other than the registered deposit account are prohibited. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hoki13 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated in each promotional offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with the applicable terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagers of Rp 1.000.000 before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of bonus activation. Failure to meet wagering requirements within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

hoki13 strictly prohibits bonus abuse. The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Colluding with other users to exploit bonus offers.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine intention to play.

hoki13 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. hoki13 will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds due to technical malfunction).

hoki13 reserves the right to void bets if:

• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• The bet was placed using insider information or resulted from match-fixing.
• Technical errors led to incorrect odds being displayed.
• The event is canceled or abandoned and does not resume within 48 hours.

6.2 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For football (bandar bola) and other sports betting:

• All bets are settled based on official results at the end of regular time, unless otherwise stated.
• Asian handicap, over/under, and other specialized bet types follow industry-standard rules.
• Live betting odds are updated in real-time and may change rapidly during events.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not start at the scheduled time, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino games, live dealer games, and slots operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and paytables are displayed within each game. hoki13 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and funds confiscation:

• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities.
• Placing bets using insider information or participating in match-fixing.
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting across multiple platforms.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

hoki13 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You engage in prohibited betting practices, bonus abuse, or criminal activity.
• Your Account remains dormant (no login or activity) for more than 12 consecutive months.
• We suspect your Account is being used for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• You request voluntary self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account termination, any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. However, if termination is due to fraud or Terms violations, hoki13 reserves the right to forfeit all funds.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the hoki13 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilations thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of hoki13 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Platform.
• Use the hoki13 brand name, logos, or trademarks without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hoki13 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or savings.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or system failures.
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to failure to maintain password security.
• Errors in betting odds, game results, or transaction processing.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.

hoki13's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact hoki13 customer support to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki13 is licensed and regulated. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes not subject to arbitration.

12. Responsible Gaming

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and hoki13 regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
